Position: Production Co-Ordinator
      
      About the Position
      
      As the production co-ordinator you are responsible for following up on the sample and mass production with the factories to ensure that the product(s) are being produced; on-time, on-spec and on budget.
      
      You will be expected to visit the factory every week to run through your teams projects and also do in-line QC to find problems before it is too late (final QC).
      
      Your team will consist of a sales co-ordinator who will work closely with the factory, a sales executive (who will supervise your team).
      
      You will also have a production manager who will be your supervisor.
      
      Daily Job Duties
      
      Attending team meetings and following up on task list
      Answering E-mails from customers, factories and colleagues.
      Responding to questions from factory
      Helping to chasing factories for costs and updates
      Check physical samples to make sure they are as per agreement
      Updating systems with key information
      
      Skills Required
      
      Must understand production and print
      Well organised with excellent record keeping skills
      Good Eye for detail
      Problem solver
      They must speak and understand English
